She spent the evening in the conservatory with us whilst I worked on a few builds and my wife worked on her latest university assignment - I think she's done REALLY well for a first session.



There a few minor gaps here and there but I'll show her how to fill them with plastic card and filler. It's actually gone together really well for such an old kit.
I should say that my daughter is absolutely mad on tall ships, pirates and the 'Golden age of sail'. As well as being an accomplished dingy sailor (she's been lined up as a trainee instructor by her club), she wants to go to Uni to study History. Her ambition is to be a curator of one of the tall ships we have over here - something like the HMS Victory.
