Would be interesting to know what the price of the 1/24 Hellcat will be...
But most interesting how much it will drop after 6-12 months time..

That’s too bad. The Vixen looks tempting as well. I missed them on the initial release. I do like those 50’s/60’s fighters. I’ve been wanting the Suez version of a Hunter for a long time.

You know - I just can't get excited about an Airfix new tool release these days.

After being very fond of them for most of the past ten years modelling I really have fallen out of love with the brand. The main problem I have with them is although they look on the shelf and in the box - they're bloody horrible kits to build. I built most of their new tool kits up until recently and I can't remember the last one I actually enjoyed - It's a shame really.... Well actually yes I do remember - it was the 1950's Defiant I built last year!

That's what REALLY gets me interested - there are some nice looking old tool kits that are being re-boxed. Stuff that's not been made for years and is rare as hell to get now. I might have to splash out on the D.H. Heron and the HS.125.

Only 2 caught my eye I’m definitely interested in - the Tiger Moth and the Sea Vixen both in 1/48 scale. Time to put a watch out for them at Hobby Lobby to get with 40% coupon.
