Problem after decals...

Post by Kobus »

Hi guys,
I am hoping someone can help a little.
I use Humbrol enamel paints, Humbrol Clear for clear coat and MicroSet/Sol for my decals.
This is what happened after adding the decals. Any ideas/help would be appreciated...

I have to possible solutions.

1: it is some residue from the setting solution. Wipe it of with a wet qtip.
2: the setting solution attacked the clear coat. Touch up with some more clear coat.

I've had the same thing happen to me. Usually it's a reaction between the setting solution and Future. As already stated, a light coat of Future makes it disappear.

Hope that helps
