Post by wjkunert »

I just preordered the Tamiya P-38 from Mega Hobby for less than $82 shipped with tax. Their price is $68.

that should be fun to build. Good looking airplanes. but, did you mean the P-38?

Brain Fart-Of course I meant the upcoming P-38. You'll have to forgive me after all I'm 80.

No problems! Eighty years young, I'm sure! That is far less than I was expecting. I was figuring somewhere around 129 or so.

I was gonna say that you’re getting taken to pay that much for the Tamiya P-47... that one costs half as much...

The retail on the Tamiya P-38 is $80. Mega Hobby is charging $68 to preorder.

Can’t wait to see the WIP! Congrats on the preorder!

80 years young! Glad to hear you are still building! I hope the industry I am in doesn’t kill my hands so I try to pump out what I can now.

:giggles: I’m glad he’s getting it. He don’t look 80. I thought he was 70.

It'll be a while. It's not due for release till November. Hopefully I'll have my TF 104G done by then.
