Yes, Lyle. The decal sheet was scanned and imported into AutoCAD as a PDF. The red lines were traced over the decal sheets using AutoCAD commands. The red line drawing can then be exported as a DXF file, which the Portrait Silhouette cutter can read.

Didn't have my thinking cap on when I made the 884 stencil. Can't have uninterrupted rings in the mask or the center section will be detached. I had to make a revision.

That's really cool John. Cutting my own masks is something I would like to try my hand at but that's something that will have to wait till later.

I'll go ahead and jump in here on my next four kits.
Next will be Takoms King Tiger

followed by Bandai 1/48th Snowspeeder and Dragons 1/35th sFH18 Howitzer

Then the 4th on deck Great Wall Hobbies 1/48th Black Widow

Nice, Floki. I wish I had that lurking within my being. I have an idea of what is next...the Cessna Bamboo Bomber or the Italeri 1/72 C-130 or the really old Monogram 1/48 Avenger with all those moving parts!
To make each build less crappy than the last one. Or, put another way, "Better than the last one, not as good as the next one!"..

My vote would be on that C-130

Well, I can't always say for sure, but these are the kits that are screaming at me the most to start.

In Space:

In Aircraft:

And in Armor (not in any particular order):

So, stay tuned to me Maddog Manufacturing Thread to see some of these started.
