Looking good Lyle - nice to see some progress.

Dry transfers are still a thing - I can't remember where, but I saw a recent armour build somewhere recently were the guy used them - for some IDF markings I think. They looked good when applied. I think you still need to protect them with a clear coat etc when done.

I’ve ordered some water slide. Need to be able to position them.
To make each build less crappy than the last one. Or, put another way, "Better than the last one, not as good as the next one!"..
