Super cool work, Mark!

The canopy of the An-2 Colt is very unusual. There are small windows opening at the very bottom of the frame that protrude from the fuselage!

I'll be watching your progress of the Skipjack closely. It's one of the models I'd like to build!

This is the An-2 Colt I want to see…

It’s not quite in the same shape today…

Thank you Bruce! I went looking for pics of that canopy like that and failed miserably. I have a ton of cleanup to do one the one I installed.

Thank you Carlos! I've already got this one green so that's how it's gonna stay. Besides, despite having done so in the past; I hate doing white aircraft! :whiteflag:

Wow… that canopy looks to give anyone fits just to get it to stay in correct position.

Great stuff going on Mark! The AN-2 is a cool aircraft - really interesting inside if you ever get a chance to nose around one.

Thank you Tom! It sure did give me fits!

Thank you Mike! I'm happy with that Stryker too.

Thank you Stuart! Yes, I got to enter a Colt when they had one at the Fullerton (CA) Air Show and open house. Even got to sit in the pilot's seat. Wow, I could never under stand how they could see to take off; much less land!
