Thats what I bought. Waiting for the de-bonder to arrive so I haven't tried it. Bob Smith stuff is good.

That's the stuff. Somewhere I saw that the AK Black Superglue was discontinued.

What's the big deal about black super glue anyway? :hmm:
Pretty sure I saw the stuff at Michigan Toy Soldier a few weeks ago. Expensive. I bought black super glue several years ago, it went bad super fast, before I even used it once. Don't think it was from BSI though... have not tried BSI.

jkim has demonstrated some awesome filling capability using black ca and debonder. I tried this on my Italeri hawk and the debonder attacked the plastic so try it on sprue first. The hawk is on the shelf of doom :headslap:

CA glue is best kept in the freezer. Lasts much better.

I tried that at my last home where I had a garage fridge and didn’t notice any real extension of the shelf life of my CA glues.

Black super glue seems to work much better at small gap filling for me than a lot of other things. It's also good for when you screw up rescribing a panel line.

I buy thin and thick CA in 8 ounce bottles and it lasts for years, I use a lot in R/C model construction. But I mispoke, it's not in the freezer, just in the refrigerator. Maybe it will work better in AZ :giggles:
