Reissue MPC kit from Round 2. I didn't know that Grey Ghost bikes were really silver. So I ended up painting it grey primer followed by a clear coat. I took Grey Ghost literally and that's what happens when you don't research a particular kit to it's 1:1 real world item. I didn't wire up the cables since what it comes with is incredibly out of scale. At some point I'll come up with a solution and get those cables run and connected.

Ha! The banana seat, high handlebars, 2 different size wheels with fenders.... these were dreams of every kid who wanted that bike in the 70s.

It certainly was a dream bike for me. I never had one but I did buy a Raleigh Chopper off my friend Brian when he went into 10 speeds. I wish i still had that bike, it's worth a small fortune now.

I love it and the color looks perfect! Way to go!

I remember that we all had Schwinn bikes when we were young. That was all my parents bought. Ah the memories!

Very cool. My sister had a bike called The Time Machine. Fat slick in the back and a skinny smaller tire up front. 5 speed shifter between the banana seat - think it was a sears dragster bike or something.
