….by typing in mpc model kits and amt model kits and looking at images. So many car model kits brought back fond memories of my youth years.

There are countless more I've done as well. Foxy Box. a majority of Monogram Tom Daniels' Design kits, etc... Basically too many to list. LOL!


So what model car kits do you remember from your youth years?

Oh man - I'd take that Cuda for sure! Way back I was a monogram airplane builder. Though I do remember doing a Bobby Allison stock car and a big rig - just can't recall which ones.

Somewhere around here in my piles of old Hot Wheels cars i have a Vette Van

Hot Wheels had a Vette Van?! I didn’t know that. And I collected tons of Hot Wheels cars as a kid.

Only car kits I remember, from when I was a kid...
General Lee. Don't recall who made it, but I know it was in a smaller scale than most...guessing 1/32-ish?
Paddy Wagon (Monogram)

I did a few Mono kits early on in my 1st "return" to building. All are long gone now.
