Decisions, decisions, decsions.... I promised my wife I would order something as a Father's Day present from my son. Of course I've got a $25 budget to boot. Shouldn't be too hard.

The P-38 or the Airfix Hurricane.

If that is the new took Mk.I Hurricane, I say get that. It is supposed to be a real sweet kit!

Chesepeake mkI, you do not see those very often.

If you're talking the new tool Airfix Hurricane mk.I - it's a really nice looking kit on the sprues (I have one in the stash) and I suspect it'll go together nicely (with a bit of fettling) - I'm sure you'd enjoy it, the detail look really good and the interior looks great.

I'd like to see a P-38 though - you don't see many of those built.

Most likely aftermarket decals for either the Mustang and Lightning. For the P-51, I'll be looking for decals of Robert "Punchy" Powell's stead; the P-38 Lightning, I want to replicate "Gentle Annie".
