No, you aren“t. Pure guesswork from my side is that the sprues for the Royal Class are already shot and ready to get packed into the boxes.
On the other hand: if I was Eduard I would maybe pulverize those ready sprues, do the mould corrections and then start over.

If I were Eduard I'd release the Royal Class at cost and just move them. Have some fun and call it the "Black Prince" or something.

Yep. Would help to limit the financial losses and to minimize the reputation damage. Smart way to go.

Also, I think what Great Wall did with their F-15 was pretty great. Literally announcing replacement parts, detailing exactly what those parts would be, what/how they could correct, making them available to those who already bought the kit, and planning to use them in all future F-15 versions they release.
It's particularly impressive because you're talking HUGE portions of the kit...like the upper fuselage, forward fuselage...

That was discussed at length over at ARC. Great Wall are very active there and listened to where the mistakes were. There's more than a few there that have worked or flown the jet.

So, is it all their kits that's have innaccuracies or just the newest 109 kit? I was thinking of picking up a couple Spitfire Mk XIc (early and late versions) and FW 190s as well.

Their Spit IX is supposed to be the best most accurate ever. Their 190s are good but fiddly to build is what I am told.

I have their Hellcat in the stash and I was told it was a great kit.
