I’ve just about given up on participating in any GBs due to a variety of reasons….

Not having the kit
Not having the funds for the kit in order to participate in one
Not having the ambition to participate in one that I used to in the past
And finally, lack of interests or participation from other members even though they want or will join in but doesn’t

It’s just not worth it anymore to try to start up one or join one.

I’m just trying to keep my GB commitments to a minimum so that I can actually finish them within their listed time span.

It’s hard to get others involved especially if they’re already involved in other model forums’ Group Builds. I can see Carlos point of view to keep it to a minimum participation.

Perhaps a good work around for a group build could be a graveyard build/bash or a "finish that thing that sits on your bench and looks at you but you ignore" group build. No purchases required, and it doesn't have to be a new start. Your bench might also thank you.

I've seen that done before elsewhere. Shelf Queen/Shelf of Doom/Get 'er Done.... certainly an easy one for most of us here to find an entry choice...

I've got SO MANY that qualify for that one.

I've got 3 auto kits I've been putting off resuming them.

Does anyone want to put up a poll or something that we run for a week to see whos interested? I think its an easy gb to participate even passively

For me it all depends on when this GB would be... my plate is pretty full for the rest of the year
