I like their F-100D/F , EB-66, AC-47... A-7 Corsairs... Not sure if any of those are actually italeri modls or esci knock offs.
Not sure what was wrong with their B-26K . Looks like a good enough kit in the box, aside from the panel line trenches...

It might be a good kit as a WW II B-26, Chris, but none of the inserts needed to make it a K fit, the cowls were inaccurate, and the cockpit still had the WW II panel and single controls. The K's had dual controls and a full width panel. The rudder was also WW II, the K had bigger engines and props so got a larger in chord rudder. All fixed by aftermarket on mine. I stole some main wheels from a KC-135 for it as the K had that type of wheel and the kit had WW II main gear wheels and tires. The tip tanks were too short, I lengthened them with bomb parts. If I didn't like the B-26 so much I guess I would have been less irritated with the kit.

Like all manufacturers Italeri has great kits and then some real turds.
Their F-15C was shockingly bad, I binned it after a few hours. I have their 1/72 A-10A in the stash and that looks really nice. I also have their (all 1/72) SR-71, CH-53 and I think a few others - they look alright in the box. I also have one of their Rally cars, but I think it's an old ESCI mould.
