That is hilarious! That 'random' error is not that excusable, but I can understand the Crose and Gross errors: Asians have an extremely difficult time saying the letter 'L'. Therefore they spell it like they say it. I know; my wife is Chinese and she has been speaking English for over 50 years and she still has problems with the letter 'L'.
