Bob (Dragline) had a few car kits as well so I picked up a couple from him as well.

There are a few other kits I'd love to get again:

Monogram 1/72 scale B-52 Sratofortress

Revell Budweiser Clydesdale Beer Wagon kit
(My mom accidently dropped it on the floor while doing housework. Oh I was pretty upset over it.)

'The General, Locomotive kit. (Revell?)
I loved building that one.

I know there are others but those 3 are high on my list for now.
I believe I have two of the old Monogram B-52D kits in my stash...one even has the original sound kit that goes inside! Finding them is another matter. I know they were packed in a box and put in storage. Since moving to a smaller unit, I'm hard pressed to look for them, much less find them.

I started my Budweiser beer wagon some time ago, building the horses first. I figured they'd be the hardest thing to paint and detail right. So unfortunately, I can't help you there.

In my case they are on the shelf from decades ago. My dad would raid the BX for me every time he visited, so needless to say I have a few Revell F4U-1 Corsairs, 1/32 scale and a few Heuy hogs as well. Quite a lot of my stash came from kits raids at the BX's, so I've even got a few older Tamiya kits. You can still see the price tags on some of them, including the gradual price hikes from way back in the 80-90's.

Man, the days of the PX/BX having models seem to be long gone. I haven’t seen any stateside since at least the late 90’s. When I was on deployment overseas in ‘05, there was a small selection of kits at the camp PX, but that was an exception to any regular assignment base PX/BX. I sure do miss what they had back in the 80’s on posts…
